A luxury jewellery boutique based in West London are looking for an experienced CRM professional to lead the rollout of their brand new and first-ever CRM.
Due to an expanding customer base, both internationally and in the UK, this small business have committed to implementing a CRM to acquire and retain more customers. They sell from their website, through distributors and from concessions in high-end London departments stores.
Working from a chic converted warehouse in West London, you'll sit alongside key decision makers and have complete ownership of the CRM strategy.

Own strategy and delivery of CRM
Contribute to wider digital marketing strategy
Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years CRM experience
Experience in fashion or luxury services
